Oyster Cafe Pop-Up

The Saint John Arts Centre will be hosting an Oyster Cafe Pop-Up on Tuesday July 28th, 2026 at 6:00PM in the Port Saint John Gallery. Attendees will indulge in a delicious oyster and non-alcoholic drink pairing—experience something completely unique and leaving with a new appreciation and knowledge about oysters. Tickets are $50 per person About Your Host: Michael-Ann Rowe is an Emmy Award winner, and native of New Brunswick. She is a seafood expert who specializes in ‘all things oysters’, and lobster. She is the creator of the Canadian Oyster Festival, NYC; Canadian Oyster Café pop-ups and is referred to as The Fishionista ® Michael-Ann is a member of the Les Dames d’Escoffier, Oyster Master Guild, National Restaurant Association; Lobster Council of Canada, and an Ambassador of Seafood Nutrition Partnership.
