Qresin Propox Rapid Quartz

Propox Rapid Quartz is a two-component epoxy primer with added quartz sand for preparing absorbent and non-absorbent substrates before applying microcement and epoxy floors. It creates a durable bonding bridge, increasing adhesion and providing a solid base for subsequent layers. COVERAGE Consumption: 0.1-0.2 kg/m2 for one layer. Curing time: 24h APPLICATION CONDITIONS Before use, mix component A thoroughly, then add component B and mix for 3–4 minutes with a low-speed mixer. Prepare only as much mixture as can be used within 60–90 minutes. Apply at a temperature of 10–30°C and relative air humidity up to 80%. PACKAGING AND STORAGE The product consists of components: A - 4.2 kg and B - 0.8 kg. The shelf life is 12 months in the original, unopened packaging.
