EDA Sessions, MPC Gala Week

In Town? Come and train with us at Everyday Athlete during MPC Gala week. We're running a session each morning in the run-up, then one on the Saturday to round the week off. Same EDA energy every time. To get the most out of these sessions you should already be active within the My Peak Challenge programme and comfortable moving on your feet, getting down to the floor, and using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and cardio machines.
