Beretta 12 gauge So5 Game Scene

Very good condition 12 bore Beretta SO5 sidelock over and under multichoke shotgun. Extremely well figured varnish finished pistol grip stock fitted with a slim brown coloured rubber heel pad, the stock is accompanied by a slim matching beaver tail forend with silver coloured scroll engraved release catch. Detailed game scene engraved action and lock plates engraved by hand to the highest of standards showing various game birds surrounded by fine rose and scroll work. The left hand lock plate shows a brace of partridge in full flight over rolling hills while the right hand side of the action displays a trio of snipe in full flight over a wetland area. The underside of the action has been engraved with a single woodcock also in full flight through a wooded area. Well balanced 28" multichoke barrels with wide ventilated sporting top rib alongside solid side ribs, manual safety catch incorporating the barrel selector, fixed gold wash coloured trigger blade.
