VQA Prince Edward County The cooler of the last three vintages produced a Pinot Noir with red fruits, florals and forest floor bursting from the glass; the mouth feel is soft and round with great County brightness, all leading to a long, persistent finish. Sourced entirely from our estate. 75% Churchside and 25% South Clos. 100% Pinot Noir. Whole cluster pressed. Fermented in barrel, less than 10% new oak. Food Pairing: Enjoy with duck confit tacos, cedar-planked salmon, wild mushroom risotto, or grilled pork tenderloin with a cherry reduction.
