Origin Produced by Reshad Albuls in Agaro, Jimma, Ethiopia, at 1950 m above sea level. Variety 74-112, an Ethiopian variety selected for its sweetness, delicate aromatics and expressive fruit character. Process Honey process, leaving some of the natural fruit mucilage on the beans as they dry, enhancing sweetness, body and fruit complexity. Why we love it A beautifully sweet and layered Ethiopian coffee, where ripe peach and white grape meet soft vanilla.
