Distilled at Ailsa Bay in 2015, a distillery renowned for its precision in distilling and experimental spirit styles. This tea-spooned malt, bottled under the name Dalrymple, has matured for a decade in a hogshead. We at Chapter 7 are quite impressed with this full-bodied, malty and meaty dram.
