The YOKKAO Ankle Guards Adult are elastic cotton ankle supports designed for Muay Thai, kickboxing, and combat sports training. The elastic cotton construction provides compression support around the ankle joint through kicking drills, footwork, and sparring rounds, while the stretch material allows full range of motion without restricting kick mechanics or foot placement. The guard conforms to the ankle without requiring straps or fasteners. Elastic cotton construction makes the guards quick to put on and remove between rounds. The compression fit supports the ankle joint through the repeated rotational load of round kicks, teeps, and footwork-heavy training sessions. Suitable for training and competition use.
