A two-tablet cold and flu pack with white DAY tablets (paracetamol + pseudoephedrine) and blue NIGHT tablets (paracetamol + diphenhydramine) For adults and adolescents 12+ for cold and flu symptoms with congestion, pain, headache, fever, and bedtime symptoms disturbing sleep Day dose: 1 white tablet every 4 to 6 hours (max 3 white per day). Night dose: 1 blue tablet at bedtime.
