Benjamin Bridge, Brut NV
Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada – 55% L'Acadie Blanc & 45% Chardonnay L'Acadie Blanc is a white Canadian hybrid grape created in 1953. Often dubbed the "Chardonnay of Nova Scotia" Aromas of lemon and lime rind, white blossom, and orchard fruit, with a hint of brioche and that unmistakable Nova Scotian note of sea spray and marine minerality. The palate is crisp and dry with a fine, silky mousse, bright green-apple acidity, white peach and Asian pear, and a long, saline, mineral finish. Méthode classique done with real finesse.
