All mascots must wear full ice hockey kit if skating — we do not supply any equipment. If you are selecting a Walk-On Package, you’ll be taken on a behind-the-scenes pre-game tour during warm-up, followed by the chance to watch the remainder of warm-up from the team bench. What’s Included Pre-Game Magic: Arrive 1 hour before Face Off and be escorted down the official players’ corridor to your changing room. Head out onto the ice with the team for warm-up. Have your photo taken on the ice with your favourite player — a moment they’ll never forget! Collect the official match puck from the referee and present it to the Match Sponsor during the ceremonial puck drop. Join the team on the blue line for the national anthem before returning to the dressing room. Post-Game VIP Experience: After the game, head back down to the Players’ Lounge for another meet-and-greet with your Steelers hero. Pose for a final photo and receive a personalised goodie bag. Up to four additional guests are welcome to join for this exclusive post-game moment! Important Notes Mascot packages are strictly limited to one person per booking. If multiple names are listed as the lead name, the order will be automatically refunded. Match tickets are not included and must be purchased separately. The contents of the goodie bag may vary depending on the mascot’s age and available stock. For midweek games or double header weekends, the mascot’s photo and message may be printed in the programme but not shown on the Video Tron or announced until their chosen fixture.
