UV indicates how much sunlight is absorbed by the fabric. A fabric with a protection factor 50+ allows only 1/50th of the UV rays through the fabric. The colorfastness therefore lasts 50 times as long as with conventional fabrics. Standard or Comfort The Bimini Top is available in 2 versions: Standard and Comfort. The Comfort version also has four zippers sewn into the inside of the Bimini Top. The counterparts are included. The Comfort version is designed for customers who want to sew additional side, front or rear parts. We offer the fabric in our shop. Otherwise, Standard and Comfort are absolutely identical.
