We pair it with a juicy natural coffee from West Guji, Ethiopia, then ground everything with a clean washed Colombian coffee. Together, the three coffees create something entirely different from any of them on their own. Watermelon leads the way, followed by the delicate fruit and floral character of rosé, while a surprising toasted rice note brings warmth and depth to the finish.
