Genuine vintage Japanese kimono. This is called a HAORI. One-of-a-kind-vintage. A rare example of a ro kimono in a soft, gentle shade of red. Such beautiful red tones are seldom seen in sheer summer silk, making this piece especially unique. There are two types of Japanese kimonos traditionally worn in the summer: "ro" and "sha." Both are made of silk. (Some recent ones have synthetic fibers. ) Kimono fabrics of "ro" and "sha" are sheer and beautiful. This fabric is "ro." It features a beautiful transparent material.
