Brasil Nakao Peaberry

She is a third generation and award-winning producer from the City of Patos De Minas, in the Cerrado Miniero region of Brasil. This lot is a Yellow Catuai peaberry grade, produced via the pulped natural process. A peaberry is a small single round seed and makes up to 5% of the harvest. They are separated from the rest of the flat beans, either by mechanical sorting or, in some cases, by hand, making them a rare offering.
