Digestive biscuit base, dark chocolate, sea salt caramel, bananas, coffee cream, cocoa Our OG banoffee pie. Our founders first ever bake. She tweaked this recipe when she was 18. Part of her nearly 30 year love story too. Yes, this is a bake that is filled with many memories and much a part of how Bisou came to exist. Slightly taller than the new 2025 version, and perhaps not as pretty (there was no social media in 1989) this OG Banoffee Pie is definitley worth the decadent and rich and so worth the calories.
