This captivating hand puppet Witch from the 1960s is something you won't want to miss! Crafted in Germany by Decor-Spielzeug, it features a very expressive carved and hand-painted wooden head and a colorful fabric body. The company was founded in 1957 and distinguished itself as the first "workshop for people with disabilities" in the Kassel area. Like this hand puppet, much of its early production was inspired by the Waldorf Principles developed in the 1920s, as educational toys. Sold by prestigious Swiss Toy Shop Franz Carl Weber, these wooden toys are wonderful collectibles today. Little Witch stands 14in (36cm) tall and displays nicely.
