Vintage 18ct Yellow and White Gold Brilliant Cut Diamond Leaf Pendant

An elegant leaf shaped pendant set with nine, round, brilliant cut diamonds, all mounted in 18 carat yellow and white gold. Its compact size makes it a great choice for everyday/casual wear when paired with a gold chain, or to add a bit of sparkle to some layered necklaces. Circa 1990's. Etched "18K" for 18 carat gold.
