Genmaicha Loose Leaf Green Tea Our genmaicha is a blend of green tea and organic toasted brown rice produced by the Kinezuka family in Shizuoka, Japan. Some grains have turned into popped rice which gives the tea added flavor. The Kinezukas are leaders in organic tea farming without chemical pesticides. この玄米茶は有機煎茶と有機玄米を使用して風味豊かに作られています。静岡で半世紀も前から化学農薬を使用せずに茶栽培に取り組んでいる有機栽培の先駆者である杵柄さんが、丹精を込めて作り上げたています。 Flavor notes Sweet and nutty with a rich, savory warmth. 甘くてナッツのような風味があり、豊かな旨味と温かみがあります。 Preparation Steep 1 to 2 tsp (3 to 5 grams) with 300ml (10oz) of 188-degree hot water. 茶葉3〜5gを、300mlのお湯(約90°C）で抽出してください。 Care Keep sealed between uses and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
