The boards are stained black and then sanded off and our toffee stain is applied. This process gives a unique, aged look highlighting the rich ash grains. The toffee 1850 stain is a warm tone and adds instant coziness to your space. We love it because it the perfect alternative to a dark floor, while adding some character to your space. Ash is a species of wood that has a prominent grain with close similarities to hickory and red oak. The brandon stain is a dark yet warm finish that works well when paired with other shades of brown. It is a beautiful stain that goes very nicely with lighter tones which can contrast and balance it well.
