Yum Wash is a super-slick pH neutral car shampoo designed to safely remove dirt, traffic film and grime while preserving waxes, sealants and ceramic coatings. Even after a strong pre-wash, some dirt remains on the surface and needs to be physically removed. This is where lubrication matters. The formula transfers slickness to the panel so your wash mitt can glide more safely across the paint. That helps reduce the risk of wash-induced swirls, marring and general paint damage, especially on softer paint systems. Yum Wash is pH neutral and safe across exterior surfaces including paint, glass and vinyl wraps. It cleans traffic film, road dirt, grime, pollen and general contamination without stripping wax, sealant or coating protection. For the safest routine, pre-wash first with Yum Citrus and Yum Foam, then contact wash with Yum Wash and dry with Yum Detailer as a drying aid. Pre-Wash Pre-wash using Yum Foam and Yum Citrus, prior to any contact wash, to gently lift away any dirt on the vehicle and minimise any risk of swirls, scratches or marring to the paint. Wash Stage Simply fill up your bucket halfway with water, add 100ml of Yum Wash and fill the rest of your bucket using your pressure washer for an extra foamy thick wash. Dip your wash pad into the bucket and gently hand wash the vehicle starting top to bottom, leaving the dirtiest areas until last. Always follow the 2 Bucket method with Grit Guards to trap any dirt and debris and periodically rinse out your Wash Pad after each panel wipe. Foam Canon Wash To apply with a foam cannon, lance or handheld sprayer, add 100-150ml of Yum Wash, top the rest with water and spray all over the vehicle working from top to bottom. This additional step will change the way you wash cars forever! You will be adding so much more slickness to your contact wash, thus even further reducing any potential damage.
