Norski Polyurethane Foam Pour-in 1kg Part A & Part B
Norski Polyurethane Pour-In Foam is a liquid expanding foam that mixes with a mechanical mixer to expand up to 20 times its original volume in around 30 seconds. With a 90% closed cell rating, it resists water absorption, making it ideal for boat underfloor buoyancy and marine applications. The poured foam settles into the lowest points of any cavity, filling gaps completely. Once cured, it can be coated with epoxy resin for full waterproofing. This 1kg unit yields approximately 0.03 m³ of finished foam, though expansion varies with ambient temperature. Versatile applications span insulation, buoyancy chambers, refrigerated transport trailers, walk-in coolers, fish holds, and lightweight composite panels. Perfect for builders, boatbuilders, and anyone needing reliable, water-resistant foam expansion on the South Island. Applications: Wall and door cavity insulation Pipe insulation Buoyancy chambers Insulated building panels Refrigerated transport trailers Refrigerated containers Commercial display cabinets Walk-in coolers/freezers Fish holds and freezers Norski Pour-In-Foam Rigid Polyurethane Foam Features: Plastic rapid expanding pour in foam for buoyancy and insulation Easy to use two part system Sets in minutes Rated at 90% closed cell/10% open cell Expands to 20 to 25 times the original liquid volume Can be fibreglassed or painted over when set 1 kg of mixed foam occupies 0.030 m³ 33kg (total quantity of Part A and Part B) of product is required to end up with a cubic metre of foam Norski Pour-In-Foam Rigid Polyurethane Foam Specifications: Mixing ratio: 1:1 Reaction characteristics: Cream time: 28-32 seconds Rise time: 120-130 seconds Tack free time: 110-120 seconds (after rise) Density: 34-35kg/cubic metre Closed cell content: 95% Theoretical usage: 1 kg of expanded foam occupies 0.03m (varies depending on the ambient temperature) Colour: Cream
