Table Wines Fish in a Tin White Blend 2026
Salty, slippery, zesty, zippy. It’s Pinot Grigio with personality. It’s Riesling with a suntan. We let it sit on skins a little longer this year and even threw in some Fernão Pires for extra spice. Open with seafood, open without seafood. Still works. White blossom, green apple and a faint whiff of kerosene on the nose. Palate of pine-lime splice, tight acidity and a salty lick that keeps you coming back for another sip. - Table Wines
