Porcelain Football on Pedestal

Heavier Than It Has Any Right to Be A bronze-finished porcelain football, pebble grain and moulded laces, on its own integral pedestal. Twelve and a half inches overall, with a base measuring ten inches around. The football itself is sound; the bottom rim of the base carries a run of chips where the white ceramic shows through the bronze finish. There is no lettering anywhere on it. Solid porcelain, so it is considerably heavier than the finish suggests — a mantel or shelf piece rather than a wall one.
