The Berkel 01-403275-00044 Gauge Plate Shim is a replacement component designed to help properly position and maintain the gauge plate assembly on compatible Berkel meat slicers. Made from white fiber and measuring approximately 2-3/8" long, this thin .007" shim helps maintain the proper spacing and alignment of the gauge plate for accurate slicer operation. It is used on compatible Berkel slicer models including the 818 and 909 series.
