Disassembly steps: Step 1: Turn off the printer Before disassembly, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power to ensure safe operation. Step 2: Remove the X-axis motor box As shown in the figure below, the print head signal line connects from the print head adapter board through the X-axis motor box to the main board of the base. Please use an H2.0 hex wrench to unscrew the screws securing the front cover of the motor box, then remove the front cover. Step 3: Unplug the camera cable After removing the front cover of the motor box, unplug the camera cable, then use an H2.0 hex wrench to unscrew the three screws securing the side cover of the motor box, and pull it out. Step 4: Remove the back cover of the motor box Remove the print head signal line from the card slot, then push forward the back cover of the motor box until the latch below loosens, then remove the back cover of the motor box backward. Step 5: Unplug the X-axis motor wire After removing the back cover, unplug the X-axis motor wire, then thread the wire through the groove of the X-axis motor bracket. Step 6: Remove the print head back cover Find the groove on the side of the print head, then remove the back cover. Step 7: Unplug the print head signal wire Unplug the signal cable from the print head adapter board, then remove the signal cable from the clip. Step 8: Unplug the base signal wire Place the printer side out of the exposed base, remove the fixed baffle, and unplug the signal wires on the mainboard. 3. Installation steps: Step 1: Replace the print head signal cable Replace the signal cables with new ones, then reconnect them separately to the motherboard ports. Step 2: Install the motor box back cover After passing the X-axis motor wire through the groove on the bracket, insert it back into the wire, then install the motor box back cover, and finally reinstall the signal cable into the card slot. Step 3: Reconnect the camera cable After passing the camera cable through the hole shown in the picture, insert it back into the camera, then use the H2.0 hex wrench to tighten the three screws securing the motor box side cover. Step 4: Install the front cover of the motor box Reinstall the front cover of the motor box, then use an H2.0 hex wrench to tighten the fixed screws. Step 5: Install the print head signal cable Insert the signal cable back into the slot behind the print head, then connect it back to the print head adapter board. Step 6: Install the print head back cover As shown in the picture below, first align the right side of the back cover with the latch, then press down the left side of the back cover to reinstall the print head back cover. The print head signal cable installation is complete.
