Signed Letter

August 1964 onion skin letter of recommendation to recording engineer Leo Kulka signed in blue ballpoint pen by Sam Cooke. Also included is the response letter from Kulka to Cooke, as well as a partial envelope from S.A.R. Productions, Inc. which the letter was originally mailed. The letter from Cooke describes how Cooke had used Kulka's engineering services previously in Los Angeles, and voiced Cooke's support for Kulka opening his own studio in San Francisco. Cooke's signature is bold and stands out nicely against the black print on the onion skin letter. This has been authenticated by REAL, www.rogerepperson.com (COA not included) and includes Rockaway Records letter of authenticity. CONSIGNMENT ITEM - NO DISCOUNT
