The palate has good body, is fine and elegant.Ageing/Vinification: Crushing with de-stemming, 10/12 day maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. Aged in oak barells.Vineyard: Bastia, Tanone, and Camestri vineyards in the township of Vezza d’Alba. The terrain has South/West exposure with calcareous, sandy soil and a 30% slope.
