While we strive to complete every order as quickly as possible, processing times depend heavily on order volume and product availability. If you need an item by a specific date or for an upcoming event, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether your requested deadline can be accommodated. Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not shorten the time required to produce your order. SHIPPING Orders are shipped using the carrier and service selected at checkout. Both USPS and UPS shipping options are available. PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR CURRENT AND COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY. Shipping labels are generated using the information provided by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. Shipping speed does not include processing time. Transit time begins after your order has been completed and transferred to the selected carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update, especially during the holiday season. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the order and its destination. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed by either carrier. Although USPS and UPS strive to meet their listed transit times, delays may occur. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER. If you experience an issue receiving your order, please contact USPS or UPS directly. We do not have access to any additional shipment information beyond what is displayed through your tracking number. RETURNS & EXCHANGES All garments are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please carefully review the size chart, garment color, design, personalization, and shipping information before completing your purchase. If you discover that a size or color was selected incorrectly, please email us immediately. We will make every effort to assist you; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
