WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A 3D PRINTED ITEM 3D printed items are created one layer at a time, so they will not have the perfectly smooth, identical finish of a mass produced molded product. Small visible layer lines, seams, slight texture, tiny variations, or other minor characteristics of the printing process are completely normal and are not considered defects. I inspect every item before shipping and will never intentionally send an item that I consider damaged, defective, or unusable. MADE TO ORDER All physical 3D prints are made to order. Individual prints can take anywhere from approximately 2 to 30+ hours to print, depending on the size and complexity of the design. Please remember that print time is not the same as order turnaround time. If I have other orders ahead of yours, your item may need to wait in the print queue before production can begin. I always work to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible, but exact production or shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before ordering so I can let you know whether your timeframe is realistic.
