Spiked Nipple Clamps

Nipple clamps are made from medical-grade stainless steel and feature a screw mechanism for pressure adjustment. Two metal clamping plates are positioned inside the circular frame. Turning the screw changes the distance between the plates, allowing the level of compression to be adjusted. Metal spikes are positioned on the inner surfaces of the clamping plates to provide more concentrated pressure. The circular metal frame measures 1 5/16 inches (33 mm) in diameter and surrounds the clamping mechanism, forming a single construction. The overall length of each clamp is 2 9/16 inches (65 mm). The clamping plate is 9/16 inch (15 mm) wide. The set includes two nipple clamps.
