Mundo Novo is a robust, high-yielding Brazilian hybrid of Bourbon and Typica, known for its strength and adaptability. Yellow Caturra is a natural mutation of the classic Bourbon-derived Caturra, celebrated for its excellent cup quality, manageable size, and the vibrant yellow cherries that give it both its name and visual distinction. What makes this coffee stand out Mundo Novo, Sarchimor, and Yellow Caturra represent distinct chapters in coffee cultivation.
