Sourced from organically farmed alluvial sandy loam in the cool Avila Valley corridor, this is Gamay at its most electric and precise. Partial carbonic maceration in open top fermenters highlights bright primary fruit while preserving a distinct gravelly minerality. It pours a vivid magenta, bursting with tart cranberry, red currant, and fresh Mediterranean scrub. Snappy, low in tannin, and intensely fresh, it delivers incredible drive alongside charcuterie, seared salmon, or wood-fired pizza.
