Nepenthes Dreaming Hero

This new, complex N. hamata cross has been producing some of the richest coloration of any of our hybrids! Nepenthes Dream is a rare, extremely dark-colored, football-shaped pitchers. It's one of our original breeders, and has absolutely remarkable characteristics. However, Dream tends to only produce a small amount of seed, so the offspring are rare. We have crossed Dream with our rare and reliable N. hamata male, which has only enhanced the dark, toothy peristomes and dark coloration of the hybrids. The full designation for this hybrid is Nepenthes (densiflora x spectabilis "Giant") × hamata. This plant will be shipped in a sphagnum moss plug with a 3" plastic pot and enough top-quality New Zealand long-fiber sphagnum moss to fill it. Planting and growing instructions will also be included.
