El Coyote

One player takes on the role of a Coyote raiding a flock of chickens, the other takes command of the chickens as they harass the Coyote into submission! A tradition in Mexico, El Juego del Coyote y los Pollos has been played for at least 500 years. Its roots go back to at least the 10th century when the game was played in the court of King Alfonso of Castile. When the game was brought to the Americas, the indigenous people adapted it as their own with a unique gameboard and personality. Fans of hunt games like Fox & Geese will recognize the games rules, but it’s definitely not the same game! Made in USA for 2-4 players age 8+.
