Featuring two PVDF dosing heads, robust aluminium construction and mechanically coupled diaphragm technology, the pump provides dependable dosing performance with straightforward manual capacity adjustment. The diaphragms are mechanically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10. The dual-head configuration supports chemical metering through two dosing heads, while the single ball valve design and durable construction provide reliable operation in industrial process environments. This configuration features two PVDF dosing heads, long-life PTFE-coated diaphragms, PTFE/composite valve balls, PTFE/composite valve seats and PTFE/composite valve gaskets. With a specified nominal dosing capacity of 67 L/h at 50 Hz, maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and compatibility with liquids up to 700 mPa·s viscosity, the pump is suitable for compatible chemical dosing and industrial process applications.
