Hand crafted in small batches with botanicals from the St Columba Hotel garden. Our Aged Botanical Rum has a Coppery Gold colour after aging for 3 years in Bourbon casks. Rich in flavour with raspberries, rosemary, lavender, and delicate apple mint all from our Organic Garden. This is a delicious aged Rum that is really special over ice or in a Dark and Stormy.
