Michel Couvreur Blossoming Auld Sherried Single Malt Whisky 45% 700ml

A single cask single malt from Michel Couvreur, distilled in Scotland and matured in a cream sherry cask in the house cellars at Bouze-lès-Beaune, Burgundy. Its natural strength of 51% is reduced to 45% for bottling, and the label carries no age statement because Couvreur judges each cask's maturity on its own terms. The house notes sherry, flowers, vanilla and dried fruit on the nose, with a mellow, long palate.
