Baby Pygmy Hippo Painting - 18x22"

This is an original painting I created of a beautiful baby pygmy hippo in 2026 entitled Heavy is the Crown. I loved playing with color in this little pygmy hippo, especially the bright yellow marks that move across his body and around the canvas. Those loose, unexpected marks give him personality and bring a little contemporary, urban energy to the piece. The painting is signed on the front and back. It is framed in a black floating frame, and it is ready to hang. Size of the framed painting: 18 x 22 x 2 inches Medium: Acrylic on canvas **The watermark that lists my website is not on the front of the painting. I only include it here to protect the copyright of my digital image online.
