How to use Prepare your skin. Remove makeup, sunscreen and skincare residue. Cleanse your face and pat completely dry. Connect and fit. Connect the mask cable to the charged controller. Align the eye and nose openings, then adjust the straps for a secure, comfortable fit. Choose your settings. Press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds. Press M to select a light mode and T to choose 5, 10 or 15 minutes. Avoid looking directly at the LEDs. Finish your routine. Turn the device off and disconnect it. Follow with your preferred moisturizer or serum. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day. Begin with 5 minutes and increase only if comfortable.
