The palate develops syrupy peach, banana and creamy vanilla flavours. Nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom add gentle warmth through the finish. A touch of sea salt helps balance the fruit and spice. The result is rich, fruity and softly spiced without becoming overly heavy. Bottled at 37.5% ABV, it works well neat, over ice or with mixers.
