The bottle fits in a pocket or bag. Ingredients Himalayan shilajit resin (purified over six months in cold spring water, then sun-dried), natural mineral spring water. Purified and filtered. How to use Shake the bottle well before each use. Squeeze the rubber bulb of the dropper provided, hold the dropper above your lips and release 1 to 3 drops directly into the mouth. That is one serving; take no more than 2 servings a day. 1 drop a day is enough for most people. We suggest four weeks of use followed by a one to two week break. Storage Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 12 months. If kept outside the fridge, store in a cool, dark place and use within 6 months. Safety information Food supplement.
