September Jubilee Dress

This floral dress ushers in early Autumn with classic 70s bishop sleeves in a light, flowy poly chiffon. This dress is decorated with an asymmetrical flutter bodice overlay across the front. Micro pleats circle the hips as well as the front of the bodice. The dress zips at the back and is lined.
