Board the motorcoach at your selected location, get comfortable, meet the BAMily traveling with you, and settle in for our overnight journey to Michigan. Scheduled comfort stops will be made throughout the journey for restrooms, stretching, snacks, and meals when available. Friday, June 11 — Welcome to Frankenmuth! Early Morning — Freshen-Up Stop We’ll make an extended morning stop before arriving in Frankenmuth so you can change clothes, freshen up, grab breakfast, and get ready for your first Michigan adventure. Approximately 9:00 AM — Arrive in Frankenmuth Step into the Bavarian charm of Frankenmuth and spend the day exactly how you choose. Browse unique shops and boutiques, enjoy some famous Frankenmuth chicken, discover local attractions, visit Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland, grab a sweet treat, or simply stroll the charming streets and take it all in. Shop. Dine. Explore. Frankenmuth YOUR Way. Approximately 5:30 PM — Meet Your BAM Host Meet your BAM Travel Tours Host at the designated meeting location provided in your BAM Trip Digital Folder for check-in and departure. We’ll then travel north to Mackinaw City and check into our hotel for the night. Settle in, relax, and get ready — tomorrow brings a completely different kind of Michigan magic! Saturday, June 12 — Mackinac Island Magic! Wake up and enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then load your luggage and get ready for an incredible Great Lakes day! We’ll travel to our designated Mackinaw City drop-off area, where the day becomes YOURS. Take the ferry across to beautiful Mackinac Island and experience one of Michigan’s most iconic destinations. With no cars on the island, getting around is part of the adventure! Rent a bicycle, take a horse-drawn carriage tour, explore Fort Mackinac, browse the downtown shops, sample famous Mackinac Island fudge, enjoy waterfront dining, or simply slow down and take in the beautiful island views. Sunday, June 13 — Return Home Relax and enjoy the overnight ride home. Scheduled comfort stops will be made throughout the return trip for restrooms, stretching, and food when available.
