The switch has 5 total positions and clicks firmly into place at each stop. It can rotate continuously in either direction. Switch Positions: Starting from Off, rotate the switch forward: Dual Walklight Dual Red Dual Amber Main Beam Off — then the cycle repeats You can also rotate backward from OFF to go directly to the Main Beam. Brightness Adjustment and Memory: The center green battery indicator button controls brightness on the Main Beam, Walklight, Red, and Amber. Each lighting function has three brightness levels: Press once – Low Press again – Medium Press again – High The AVENGER PRO remembers the last brightness level selected and keeps that setting as you move between lighting functions. For example, if you set the light to Low, it will remain on Low as you rotate from the Walklight to Red, Amber, or the Main Beam.
