“LOOK!” explores vision and the relationships between vision and bodily-spatial experiences in physical and digital-media spaces. The content is deliberately developed not through language, but through drawings that range from narrative to more abstract forms. The book focuses on the interplay of all the senses as a prerequisite for visual understanding in physical space. When viewing digital media image spaces, this interplay becomes fragmented, and bodily experience is projected into virtual space. Where, then, is our sense of self-assurance situated?
