Turning Leaf Chiropractic & Wellness is looking for an energetic, friendly, organized Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is not a quiet front desk position. During our busiest adjusting times, our office is fast-paced, social, and full of energy. We are looking for someone who enjoys being right in the middle of it all, can keep the office flowing, and makes every patient feel welcomed, noticed, and cared for. Our front desk team helps set the tone for the entire office. You are often the first and last person a patient sees when they walk in and before they leave. We want someone who takes pride in creating a positive, professional, and welcoming experience. What You’ll Do · Greet patients warmly and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere · Check patients in and out and manage a busy front desk · Answer phones and schedule appointments · Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and through text · Keep doctors and patients moving smoothly through the office · Handle multiple patients, phones, questions, and tasks at the same time · Stay calm, friendly, and focused when things get busy · Help patients understand scheduling recommendations and office procedures · Notice what needs attention and jump in without needing to be asked · Work closely with our doctors and team to create an exceptional patient experience You’ll Be Great at This If You… · Genuinely enjoy talking to and connecting with people · Have an upbeat, outgoing personality and naturally bring positive energy · Have a genuine interest in health and wellness · Enjoy working in an environment that encourages people to take an active role in health · Are comfortable being highly patient facing throughout your shift · Can multitask without getting flustered · Enjoy a fast-paced, high-energy environment · Can quickly figure out what needs your attention first · Stay composed when several people need you at the same time · Are dependable, organized, and able to follow through · Take pride in presenting yourself in a polished, professional, and put-together way · Understand that the front desk helps create the first impression of our office · Can be professional while still having personality and fun · Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to the energy of the workplace This Probably Isn’t the Right Fit If… You prefer a quiet, predictable work environment, become easily overwhelmed when several things happen at once, or would rather work independently behind the scenes. This position requires someone who can stay present and personable even when the phone is ringing, several patients walk in at once, and the doctors are moving quickly. We are looking for someone who can help lead the energy of the room rather than become overwhelmed by it.
