Sunday Sound Bath with Georgia

Come and rest in the soothing sounds of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls and guided vocals on Sunday 25th October at Ella and Fleur. Through sound and vocals, Georgia will guide you inwards, into a deep state of relaxation and reflection, into silence and into deep listening to the wisdom of the body. Together we will find an Inner Sanctuary: a place of belonging and safety that we can return to at any time. "When we quieten the mind, the body speaks." No experience needed. Please bring blankets, a yoga mat or sheepskin, comfy clothes and a water bottle.
