Come learn from the pros, have fun, and even get to taste complimentary samples of what you could create with your fresh herbs! This class is for anybody who loves to cook with fresh herbs and wants to get their herb pots going for the season or for a beginner who may not know what herbs they like and wants an opportunity to explore, taste, and learn to pot herbs. Jackie and the family will welcome you into the greenhouse “after hours” for an incredibly popular night class (that sells out quickly)! They will share their expertise on planting and teach you about cooking with herbs at home, using some Young family recipes! Join us for our Herb Class on May 21st at 6 pm where you will get to select three herbs to pot in a planter that will fit perfectly in your kitchen window! We will have an array of new recipes featuring herbs you can grow at home and a selection of herb-infused water for you to taste to help you decide which herbs you would like to plant this season and use at home!
