Traditional Mooncake Making Workshop

A mooncake is more than a pastry. It's a table full of people you love, a pot of tea, and a little bit of luck for the season ahead. We're teaching a traditional Cantonese-style crust wrapped around a rich white lotus paste filling — an award-winning recipe from our All Star Mooncake Set launched in 2022. Take a seat, pack a box, and bring a little Mid-Autumn magic home with you. *The lotus paste contains peanut oil. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts!
